Refund Policy

PivotYourIdea is operated by Atris Bekteshi. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who handle billing, taxes, invoicing and refunds on our behalf.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — including credit packs and any subscription plans (monthly or yearly). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or contact our support team at support@pivotyouridea.com and we will help you through the Paddle process.

Subscription renewals

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the in-app Billing portal or via paddle.net to prevent future renewal charges. If you are charged for a renewal and contact us within 30 days of that renewal charge, we will work with Paddle to issue a refund in line with this policy.

Credit packs

Unused credits from a credit pack remain refundable within the 30-day window. Where credits have already been substantially used to generate reports, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the portion of credits that remain.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to — and does not limit — any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (for example, statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU/UK).
